Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booking time will be refunded in the form of Club Credit. Club Credit is non‑withdrawable and cannot be converted into cash. Club Credit is non-transferable and cannot be moved to another user. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking time are non‑refundable.
Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before the booking time and can only be moved to another available time slot. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the booking time is not permitted.
Customers are expected to verify the confirmation of their booking and ensure that all details (date, time, and type of court) are correct before making payment.
